The Senior People Partner role will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation ofoperational HR strategies across Translink, to enable the company to deliver its objectives.Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, the successful applicant will work as part of a HR OperationsTeam supporting Divisional Business Units across the organisation. Essential Criteria ¿ Degree level qualification or equivalent with at least 3 years¿ relevant Senior HR experience in a large, complex organisation, or if no degree level qualification, at least 5 years¿ relevant Senior HR experience in a large, complex organisation.¿ Experience of managing complex ER Cases.¿ At least 3 years¿ relevant Senior HR experience in a unionised environment working on the following; Strategic workforce planning including recruitment, retention, talent and performance management Trade unions, employee relations Attendance management Delivery of change projects Utilisation of data analytics to inform business decisions ¿ Experience of Transformational Change Management Projects, from initiation to completion. Desirable Criteria ¿ Experience of managing a team within a Manufacturing/ Operations/ Construction organisation.¿ Experience of contract negotiation, changes in Terms & Conditions.¿ Membership of CIPD.
