You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians and develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment, while also spearheading engineering projects aimed at process improvement and technology integration.

Required experience:

  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for plant maintenance, operations, and improvement projects.
  2. Oversee the management of plant assets including machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and longevity.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production processes.
