You can be based anywhere from London to the Midlands for this great role. 5 star accommodation Leisure facility's Team build activities and experiences Large Meeting & Event space Event ticketing Benefits you will receive as Head of Revenue: Bonus discretionary 33 days holiday incl bank holidays Private health Pension Group discounts Tickets for events Home working 2/3 days a week (dependent on business needs) The Head of Revenue will Be Responsible for setting pricing, sales and selling strategy to drive total budgeted revenue goals targeting specific market segment and business streams Forecast analysis to deliver accurate rolling six-month projection and revenue analysis to both maximise and manage business mixes and KPIs Review, analyse data, trends and monitoring market competition Set strategy and create outputs which drive performance, short, medium and long term etc Have experience of Opera, Ideas, Delphi etc Reporting to a Commercial Director you will hold key relationships within the company As Head of Revenue you will have Solid senior revenue management experience Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic processes Great influencing and communication skills Organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability Effective time management, be a decision maker, be detail orientated and be able to manipulate data Agility to respond to different work situations Be accountable and resilient You must currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
