As a Maintenance Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in theproduction line team. You’ll be the lead Maintenance Engineer foran area and be part of a leadership team of 3 (Process Lead,Maintenance Lead and Line Lead).
These processes areprimarily designed to reduce machine stoppages and ensure thecorrect level of asset care and maintenance strategy is deployed toeach equipment item. This will be achieved by leading and coachingthe entire area team to deliver true Autonomous Maintenance. You will be a crucialresource to ensure that the correct level of engineering capabilityis achieved within the team to progress our zero loss journey. Maintenance Planning andScheduling DMs (Daily Maintenance) for thelines
Oversee the Maintenance Planningfor your area
Prepare and lead thescheduling of the maintenance work for the next week during theweekly maintenance meeting
Work with otherMaintenance Leads to support the Progressive Maintenance (PM)Pillar by updating key KPI’s and attending Pillarmeetings.
Prepare the schedules for monthlymaintenance work as dictated by the annual maintenance plan and aspreviously identified during the monthlymeeting
Assist the Autonomous Maintenance (AM)Pillar by building capability within our daily management systems.Developing coachingplans to improve your area team’s capability to deliver the correctlevels of maintenance.

Aminimum level 3 electrical qualification with hands on experience(Essential)
HNC/HND or Degree in an Engineeringdiscipline (ideally with an electrical bias) – (Highlydesirable)
