1st Grade Care is a domiciliary care provider based in Carmarthen, we are searching for a passionate care supervisor to become an ambassador for 1st Grade Care.

As a care supervisor you will undertake development of care plans, conduct client care assessments and support with the shadowing of new care workers and overall monitoring of the provision of care we deliver in Carmarthen in terms of the quality in which our care team deliver.

The role of a care supervisor is 70/30; 70% in the field and 30% of time in the office for administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing supervision of care workers
  • Ensuring customer care needs are maintained
  • Ensure your team is skilled and able to deliver safe care
  • Complete meet and greets on new care packages
  • Attend care package review meetings
  • Conduct spot checks of care workers
  • Audit daily care logs and MARS charts
  • Supporting your team to achieve log-in/call monitoring compliance
  • Action observations received from your team

Interested? You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a care role or 1 years experience in a supervisory role, must hold a valid driver's license and have access to your own vehicle, you must be registered with Social Care Wales.
