The Customer Service Coordinator will work as part of a team to answer inbound calls, deal with customer queries and build positive client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at all times. This is a varied, customer-focused support role and the Customer Service Coordinator will: Answer all inbound calls (between the team Process new customer orders Identify existing orders and update customers on order status Liaise with warehouse team for dispatch / delivery times Build good working relationships with customers Resolve customer issues as required Provide weekly / monthly stock reports Carry out administrative duties The ideal Customer Service Coordinator will have a proactive approach and be happy to get stuck in from the start, working alongside the Customer Service Manager and customer service team who will provide support and training to ensure success in the role. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are key, plus an enthusiasm and willingness to assist customers to ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Good MS Office skills are required. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with some customer-facing and / or administrative experience to join a close-knit, supportive customer services team in a busy and fast-paced organisation. Salary to be disclosed on application. Hybrid working and excellent company benefits. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 2-year fixed term contract with possibility of extension.
