As part of our continued growth plans, we are looking to recruit a Parts Coordinator to join our established after-sales team - you must be passionate for ensuring a first-class customer experience.

**Your Key Skills and Attributes**
- Willingness to go the extra mile to learn, solve problems and give our customer’s and your colleagues a “WOW” experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, field colleagues, office colleagues, suppliers and overseas factories.
- Ability to deliver both good and bad news in a way that builds the customer’s trust in Selmach
- An advantage but not essential: _Experience in engineering stores or trade counter

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Liaising with field service engineers during and after site visits
- Monitoring parts stock levels and replenishment
- Managing the purchase order process with UK and overseas suppliers
- Managing inbound and outbound parts shipping
- Use software systems to record progress, maintain good communication with all stakeholders about current issues, proposed solutions and outstanding work
- Assist with building a knowledgebase of common faults and solutions

**Strictly no agents**

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
