*The Role*

As an Office Sales Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of your business centre. You'll wear many hats, but your focus will be on three key areas:
* *Leading & Coaching Your Team:* You'll set clear goals and expectations, provide ongoing coaching and development, and create a positive and motivated work environment.
* *Generating Sales & Keeping Our Centres Buzzing:* You'll develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with new and existing customers, and ensure our centres are always full of happy, productive businesses.
* *Ensuring a Smooth Operation:* You'll oversee daily operations, monitor key metrics, and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

*What You'll Do*
* Lead and coach your team to consistently exceed sales and occupancy targets.
* Develop and implement creative sales strategies to attract new customers.
* Manage the customer lifecycle, from initial contact to renewal.
* Ensure a seamless experience for all customers by overseeing daily operations.
* Analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement in sales, occupancy, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanour, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Creative thinking to generate sales
* Host events to raise local awareness
