A client that are a leading developer in the offshore wind industry are now looking to hire a site lead for projects in the UK. The wind farms have been through commissioning phase and are now generating the targeted energy levels. The client have won a service and maintenance contract which will cover the next two years and as a result, we need a site lead to enhance the leadership team and help with the key deliverables.
Responsibilities include:

Maintenance Execution & Management: Oversee HV maintenance activities, ensuring efficient delivery of planned and reactive tasks.
Coordination: Work with the Project Manager to plan maintenance scopes and align activities with the maintenance program.
Reporting & Asset Management: Complete maintenance reports, update asset management systems, and liaise with the Asset Management Team.
Support Additional Works: Log defects, handle technical queries, deliver work packages, and ensure accurate cost capture.
Sub-Contractor Management: Coordinate, induct, and manage sub-contractors for maintenance and additional service works.
Client Reporting: Draft Monthly and Annual Client Reports for the Project Manager.
Site Compliance: Maintain site housekeeping and ensure compliance with statutory and HSE requirements.
Outage Coordination: Request outages in line with Transmission Network Operator requirements.
Emergency Support: Provide standby cover for fault and emergency services.
