**Job Summary**

NES Fircroft is seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to support and collaborate with our customer and their partners in the Scottish Highlands to deliver Corporate Social Value Initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support and collaborate with customer to develop and execute the social value initiatives which can include local community meetings, local charity events, local supplier related events, kids and/or youth related activities, collaboration with Schools, Colleges, Universities etc.
  • Ensure alignment with NES Fircroft's vision, mission, and other strategic initiatives
  • Set up a governance and structure around the social value work
  • Communication internally and externally
  • Stakeholder management

**Ideal Background:**

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible, amicable, and community-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Local knowledge, proven track record on social responsibility activities in Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Able to travel on frequent basis within Scotland to engage with project, customer, and partners, holding a clean driving licence
  • Relevant experience in bringing social value to the Scottish Highlands and Islands
