Salary: Competitive remuneration ranging from £37,821 to £44,855 per annum (pro rata) plus a 10% shift premium.
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (3 x 12.5 hour shifts).
About the Role:
As a Senior Pediatric Care Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for children and their families.
- Providing mentorship and support to junior nursing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Working closely with senior management to enhance service delivery and meet the needs of our patients.
