FootBalance System Oy is looking for a Midlands to South Region - based Lead Trainer with Medical Background – for our Health and Medical channels in the UK, to support Key Customer Relationships and further develop the marketplace.
As valued member of our FootBalance team, you have an important role to help us build our success.

We provide a unique health-based fitting experience utilizing advanced 3D foot scanning technology, biomechanical foot analysis, and personalized product recommendations. With a presence in over 40 countries and 1,500 distribution points, FootBalance has conducted 5 million foot analyses and sold over 4 million pairs of custom insoles worldwide.

As a FootBalance Lead Trainer, you will be the face of FootBalance on the Health and Medical front supporting UK business and international expansion plans. Your responsibilities will include representing the brand at trade and medical expos, run specialty events, and grassroots promotions. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing and deepening key customer relationships to our medical based retail and clinic partners, introducing new products and conducting product demos alongside providing technical training in how to mould and provide 100% Custom Insoles to their clients and consumers.

Represent FootBalance as a brand ambassador at trade and consumer events.
Enhance the customer experience for wholesale partners through effective training and support.
Collaborate with regional sales management to implement marketing initiatives and drive product sell-through.
Onboard new accounts with the necessary technology, training, products, and services.
Provide ongoing technical and product training/coaching to optimize sales performance and grow the customer relationship
Execute tailored training programs for priority doors in collaboration with operations and management teams.
Support sales team with customer demos of MyFootBalance® 3D foot scanning service.
Uphold brand standards and service proposition in line with marketing campaigns.
Plan and implement community initiatives to increase consumer awareness and engagement.
Qualifications in Podiatry, Foot Health, Physio/Sports Therapy or similar field with biomechanics knowledge
Experience in representing a brand in high-service retail or consumer-facing environment advantageous
Planning, organization, and time management skills.
Willingness and ability to travel within the UK (75% of the time).
Empathy for training and coaching.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required)
Valid UK driving license.
Preferred background in B2B Sales in medical field of foothealth or biomechanics
