Dalkia UK have a fantastic opportunity for a National QSHE Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Dalkia are a facilities management company. This is a home-based national role with frequent travel which will include occasional overnight stays, to the sites as needed.

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week


Provide competent and definitive QSHE advice, guidance and leadership to the Projects team
Manage and carry out QSHE inspections on all project works across the contract
Assist in maintaining project QSHE records as required
Coach and mentor employees in QSHE induction programmes and other training required for projects
Participate in Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and other Environmental issues to ensure total compliance with Dalkia Health, Safety and Environmental Policy.
Make recommendations on matters concerning continuous improvement and “adding value” that may improve the productivity, costs, quality of service delivery etc.

NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
NEBOSH Diploma or working towards
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
Training experience
Project work / general construction background
