THE ROLE: Senior Strategist (Data & Analytics)

The Senior Strategist role includes day-to-day management of projects and developing insight and strategy based on quantitative and qualitative research.


Co-develop quantitative research designs spanning survey research and data & analytics tools (social listening, syndicated data sources, etc.)
· Liaise with network partners to implement research designs from setup to programming, fieldwork management & data quality checks
· Responsible for end-to-end project organization & planning (incl. Pro-active communication with project leaders: keeping them informed, preparing briefing notes, data reviews, meeting agendas, summaries, and up-to-date project filing
· Responsible for the execution of analysis plans co-developed with team leads


3+ years of experience in a quantitative research agency role using statistical analysis tools to develop inspiring segmentations

· Experience with statistical analysis tools: SPSS, U&As, running multivariate analyses
· Experience with brand health trackers- a focus on retail and fashion is desired
· Knowledge of common data and research roadblocks, technical challenges, and how to overcome them
· Proficient in excel, google or Microsoft presentation suite and data charting, tableau, social listening, or data mining
· You know your way around data visualization to tell powerful, compelling stories through data
