We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CRM Email Marketing Specialist to join our ever-growing central CRM team. A key function within Le Boat, you’ll drive some of our digital customer marketing communications and campaigns, primarily end to end email to grow customer value, retention and engagement and meet sales targets for Le Boat. You’ll be working within the CRM team and report to the Head of CRM, and will work closely with the regional sales and marketing teams, to create and deliver targeted tactical campaigns, data-driven customer lifecycle programs and automated customer journeys to retain customers and drive repeat bookings.
Continuously improve email performance through testing.
Analyse campaign data and recommend improvements.
Deliver a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Ensure email quality and compliance.
Lead generation and customer database growth
Identify & implement lead gen across channels with Sales & Marketing teams.
Partner with Acquisition to ensure consistency across digital channels.
Digital Marketing Expert: Possess extensive global experience and a proven track record to develop impactful marketing campaigns.
Campaign Strategist: Have a strong background of leading and driving successful marketing initiatives, with a focus on creative development.
Digital Marketing Specialist: An expert in crafting end-to-end email and digital campaigns, adept at navigating various CRM and marketing platforms, while delivering excellent customer experiences
Excel in building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders and possess excellent communication skills.
Data-Driven Marketer: Using your creative flair to maximise your analytical expertise to optimise campaign targeting, personalisation, and overall efficiency.
Independent and Innovative: Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Technical Proficiency (Optional): Experience with HTML coding is a valuable asset.
