About the Role

As a CRM Specialist at Dijitally, you will be at the forefront of our clients customer engagement strategies, primarily focusing on email and push channels. You will leverage the Iterable platform to produce and execute campaigns that drive user engagement and retention. Additionally, you will assist in managing project timelines and updates using Asana, ensuring smooth collaboration between the client and Dijitally and across our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilise Iterable to create dynamic and personalized marketing campaigns with knowledge in HTML and CSS specific to email code
  • Assist in monitoring and analysing campaign performance, producing campaign reporting and collaborating in providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Detailed QA & UAT processes to be followed ensuring utmost quality of work delivered
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables using Asana, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and projects remain on track
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in CRM technologies and strategies, continuously seeking ways to innovate our practices

Requirements
  • French-Canadian fluent 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or related field, with a strong focus on email and push marketing
  • Exposure to MarTech platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, SFMC, Marketo, MailChimp, Hubspot or similar and its functionalities for campaign management
  • Experience with Asana & Slack or similar project management tools to oversee workflows and communications
  • Analytical skills, with an interest in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams
  • Knowledge of GDPR & CASL and Email/Push marketing best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
