Sales Business Development Representative

Role: Business Development Representative Salary: £42,000 Basic + £18,000 Commission OTE
By joining this company, you will be working with a globally recognised brand in the ecommerce space and gain lots of valuable experience in learning to pitch to enterprise level businesses. Working with people of this standard early in your career is bound teach you strong habits and working practices which will help you to be successful. The company targets very specific large businesses so your style will be very consultative and involve engaging multiple stakeholders as opposed to speedy and transactional. Expect 18 months in this role and should you prove yourself, lots of opportunity to progress through the organisation perhaps initially into Sales or Partnerships.

The company are on the leading edge of innovation in their space and as such are constantly developing their tech stack to broaden their offering. The sentiment both internally and externally is that exciting times lay ahead for the business. The company are seeking x2 BDRs to join their team asap. No experience is necessary, but the company Is looking for people who are positive and proactive, sales driven and who are ambitious and who are able to communicate at the C-suite level.
