Sales Business Development Representative

Position: DACH Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: London (Hybrid working model)
With a global presence and a commitment to excellence, the team are seeking proactive and results-driven fluent-level German speaker to join as a Business Development Representative.
Role Overview: As a German Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth in the German market.
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities in the German market.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
Fluent in German (native or bilingual proficiency) and proficient in English.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Clearly signposted framework for promotion every 6-months over the course of 18-months.
Hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.
