We're looking for an experienced and strategically minded Chief of Staff to support our Chief Products and Engineering Officer (CPEO) in driving the vision and execution of our Product and Engineering initiatives. Work with the P&E senior leadership team to align Divisional strategies with Functional and Access-wide goals.
# Facilitate communication channels between the CPEO and the senior leadership team.
# Monitor progress against plans, identify risks, and propose mitigating actions.
# Provide talent management support, including senior recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
# Conduct research and analysis to provide the CPEO with data-driven insights for decision-making.
# Oversee key strategic projects, ensuring that they align with organisational objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Proven and extensive experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic, programme management role, preferably within a technology or product-focused organisation.
Strong understanding of product development and engineering processes.
Experience working with senior leadership teams.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
