Job Description

  • Provide HR support to stakeholders and resolve HR-related queries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution.
  • End to end recruitment
  • Support the performance management process and talent development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of the HR strategy.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • JAPANESE SPEAKING
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a HR role within the Life Science industry.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
