I am seeking an experienced PMO to join our client’s team in London, providing crucial project management support to ensure smooth execution of key activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO functions, including planning, action tracking, and reporting, and will work closely with project managers and senior stakeholders to drive project success.

Immediate
Contract length : Project Planning & Support : Assist with developing and maintaining project plans, working closely with managers to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Prepare and deliver regular reporting to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project status and progress.
JIRA and MS Project : Utilize JIRA and MS Project for tracking progress and managing project workflows.
PMO Artifacts : Hands-on development and management of key PMO artifacts, ensuring all project documentation is maintained and up to date.

Proven experience in a PMO role, with hands-on involvement in planning, action tracking, and reporting.
Ability to work well with different teams and project managers, offering support without ego or unnecessary complexity.
Familiarity with PMO artifacts and governance processes; Competence in tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
