As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the HR function and the business. Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance on employment law, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment processes, implementing policies, and assisting the Head of People with various HR projects and metrics.

Advising on discipline, grievance, sickness absence, and performance management.
Supporting line managers with recruitment and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Driving a high-performance culture where talent is recognised and nurtured.
Managing payroll, including processing salaries and deductions.
Updating HR policies to align with current legislation.
Reporting and analysing weekly and monthly HR KPIs, including absence and turnover.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment and selection. Ideally you will also have familiarity with processing payroll.
