Job Title: HR Adviser

Aspirion Health Resources, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive and professional HR service to all staff, ensuring the implementation of the company's HR Strategy and delivering exceptional first-class HR service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Support the HR team with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, arranging interviews, and data retention. Prepare contracts of employment and offer letters, and complete pre-employment and reference checks for new staff.
  • Employee Relations: Support with the disciplinary process, including preparation of investigation paperwork, and attend investigation meetings as a notetaker. Provide guidance in line with company policies and procedures to the management team.
  • General Administration & Regulatory Reporting: Update procedures and processes to ensure compliance with UK legislative changes, and provide development of the HR Database to enable the production of management information.
  • Payroll: Assist in the administration of payroll information for monthly payroll, including fuel card deductions, overtime, starters, leavers, personal detail changes, contractual changes, bonus payments, and holiday pay.
Requirements:
  • Ability to listen and be approachable to all staff, treating queries and staff with respect.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to demonstrate confidentiality in dealing with all issues of business.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and flexible, with the ability to meet competing demands and manage their own workload.
Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications:
  • Good generalist HR skills gained in a fast-paced commercial/finance organisation.
  • CIPD membership preferred.
  • Computer literate, with Microsoft Excel to advanced level and familiarity with Iris Cascade, Concur, and ADP.

Salary to £50,000 plus monthly commission and superb annual bonuses, with realistic year-one earnings of £80,000. Excellent OTE, car, and benefits package.
