In this role you will develop our technology roadmap, software engineering and integration, operational run, continuous optimisation of our technology stack and building an outstanding culture for technology to thrive in.As a key member of the wider Claims leadership team, you will lead and deliver on all aspects of technology used within the Claims area. You will provide technical expertise, outline clear vision and strategy and manage and inspire the Claims technology team.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an organisation which is pioneering change in the Insurance industry, with the ability to be at the centre of the changes and key decisions.
