My client, a leading Financial Services organisation are seeking a Head of Retail Change Portfolio to join the business in London on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for delivering the Change Portfolio within Retail Value Stream to optimise returns on investment in change within their products and services.
As a member of the Change leadership team, you will lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team to dynamically deliver to agreed scope and timescales, taking a proactive approach to identification and mitigation of risks and issues affecting delivery.
You will work closely with the business, change and software engineering communities to understand priorities, develop business cases and plans and drive early and iterative delivery of business value.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Experience leading customer-facing digital product solution delivery
- Transformation delivery management experience in a commercial bank is a must
- Proven experience in change delivery model design and embedding, including agile and traditional methodologies
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders
- Clear experience of leading teams within an agile, multi-disciplinary, and complex commercial environment spanning both business/operational and IT change
- Experience in running transformation programs across business units.
- An experienced people leader with the ability to translate the vision / strategy in to clear priorities and direction
