Service Desk Analyst Location: London
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
We are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join the Service Desk team for a large MSP client of ours.

You will be joining a Microsoft Gold Partner and be responsible for providing support to their client via phone, email, chat and other remote connections.

Experience supporting and troubleshooting IT issues
Experience working with Office 365
Microsoft qualification or working towards one of: MS-100, MS-101, MD 101
Experience of ITIL framework
