Our client, a national retail organisation are currently looking for a National Facilities Manager. based at their Head Office in Bolton to oversee the operations across their large estate of retail outlets as well as Head Office, Warehouse and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities for the National Facilities Manager:

Managing fixed assets registers across the estate, forward planning the required PPM and service contracts; and contributing to the annual budgeting process on facilities costs.
Carrying out site visits, providing reports and writing operating procedures in relation to required actions for maintenance activities.
Managing vacant property assets - including scheduling for vacant inspections and proposing actions for risk management of the same.
Managing facilities & service providers, reviewing and negotiating contracts and arranging tender processes
Line Management and leadership accountability to the staff.
Hold frequent progress reports with senior stakeholders.
Experience of facilities management across multiple sites
Qualified Surveyor or Clerks of Works experience equivalent preferred but not essential
Flexible approach to work including occasional out of hours working and travelling to sites across the UK.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and have full use of your own vehicle.
Full Time, Permanent Contract
