There are over 10 million customers globally, and the numbers are still increasing. We stick to the orientation of high-quality products and great customer service, not just selling products. In addition, we are always trying to build deep and sustained cooperation with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets within the designated city/area.
- Establish sales goals and objectives for the team, and monitor progress towards achieving targets.
- Collaborate with the Region Manager to align area sales initiatives with regional sales objectives and strategies.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team to provide feedback and guidance.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion within the territory, and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients within the territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for sales operations within the territory
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as required.
