Managing Director - Europe

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the European operations of a leading global manufacturer, recognised for its innovative solutions to industrial and resource sectors.

This global organisation has a strong presence in Europe, operating in over 40 countries. This pivotal role offers the chance to influence the company’s strategic path while holding full P&L accountability.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced Leader: Bring a minimum of 10 years in senior management roles with substantial experience in full P&L management.
  • Strategist: Proven track record in crafting and executing strategies that enhance business structures and profitability.
  • Operations Management: Adept at managing complex, multi-country operations within diverse regulatory and cultural frameworks.
  • Industry Specific Knowledge: Well-versed in industrial, manufacturing or engineering service environments, particularly with exposure to equipment manufacturer, supply and service.
  • Effective Leadership: Demonstrated capability to lead large, multi-functional teams, focusing on empowerment and accountability.
