Role Overview: As the Managing Director, your role is pivotal in steering our expanding business. You will work closely with senior management, overseeing a team of dedicated professionals. Reporting to the Company Owners, your responsibilities encompass strategic planning, team leadership, client management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Ensure project delivery meets technical and professional standards, prioritizing safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize profitability, manage budgets, and exceed gross margin targets.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to drive business growth and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Lead by example, championing a collaborative and inclusive work environment that upholds integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the civil engineering or related industry.
  • Profound technical knowledge and understanding of relevant standards and regulations.
  • Proven track record in project management, budgeting, and financial performance.
  • Experience in the surfacing and groundworks
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management systems.
