What Nurseplus can offer you as a Children’s Support Worker:

- Assist with daily routines which may include working in the community and/or educational setting
- Organising and facilitating social activities

- Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to implement safe practice
- Offer high levels of supervision and support
- Working in line with Ofsted and CQC regulations
- Manage complex behaviours and crisis intervention
- Contributing to the young person’s care plans and risk assessments, their review and implementation
- A minimum of 12 months post qualification experience working within a child and/or young adults setting
- All candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
- Knowledge in one of the following areas EBD, SEMH, CSE or SEN/SEND
- Diploma level 3 / children’s and young people, desirable level 4
- An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration (Cost of which £45.40. This will be refunded after a set period of work)
- A Full UK Driving License
