We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager to join the team in a retirement living services based in Southampton, working for one of the UK's largest providers in retirement living.

This position is for 25 Hours a week on a temporary ongoing position,
Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm (flexible)

26 per hour PAYE / £17.Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required,
Arranging activities for the residents of the service, fish and chip nights, scrabble nights or even a game of cards,
Health and safety checks and fire alarm panel checks,

Previous Housing experience preferred, managing tenancies and void propertied etc
Easy to approach and be able to chat easily with residents.
