Join Our Team as a Territory Manager / Field Sales Representative for Danone

Location : London -Leatherhead & surrounding areas (Postcodes: KT, SW, & GU) - Ideal location: KT22

Type : Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary : c£27,500 per annum 12% bonus

Standout Field Marketing has an exciting opportunity to join our Danone Grocery Field Sales Team.

As a Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative, you will increase the visibility of key Danone brands in stores, including Evian, Volvic, Alpro, Aptamil, Cow & Gate, Activia, and Actimel.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales through effective displays and fixtures in stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels with retailers in your territory.
  • Represent a wide range of Danone products and ensure their visibility instore

Skills & Experience :

  • Experience in a field-based sales role or supermarket retail environment is ideal but not essential.
  • Previous customer-centered roles in retail, customer service, or sales are advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Ability to handle manual lifting and regular travel.
  • Occasional overnight stays may be required.
