Convenience Store Manager what?
A Store Manager position at Greens Retail entails overall management and running of your store. We're looking for exceptional individuals that don't shy away from a challenge and will constantly go above and beyond to deliver one of the best convenience stores in the country. Forge strong links with the local community and host local events
Manage the store on a day to day basis, ensuring we're consistently delivering the highest store standards
Colleague recruitment, mentoring, training, shift planning
Propel the store and business forward, ensuring we're not only meeting KPIs, but fit for the future
Managers will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days inclusive of evenings and weekends depending on the needs of the business. We operate a flexiworking approach and hence, can be flexible with working times and hours providing store expectations are being met.
Management discretionary bonus structure (up to 15% of salary)
Colleague discount of 10% within retail stores & Subway and 30% within Glenshire Group hospitality sites
Pension with 3% employer contributions
Get involved within wider parts of the business - engage with fellow store managers, colleagues or pop in and see the Head Office team
Ample opportunity to learn and grow, with career progression opportunities within retail or wider group businesses
Management Experience= essential
Food Retail Experience= preferred
Beyond this, it is essential you have a willingness to deliver , are passionate about retail and have a strong attention to detail .
