Administrator – 6 month contract - £13.83 ph – Lyndhurst – Hybrid Working

As an Administrator you will provide a crucial support function within the Capital, Inspection and Maintenance team, undertaking various tasks to ensure the consistent and effective delivery of business processes. You’ll work as part of a team based across various sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and processing invoices to support various work streams.
  • Collating information for regulatory reporting and ensuring compliance with governance.
  • Assisting with paperwork for operational and design teams.
  • Communicating with customers effectively, both over the phone and in writing.
  • Providing feedback on progress, improvement opportunities, and raising concerns.
Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience working in challenging environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels professionally and efficiently.
  • Experience managing staff, resources, and budgets.
  • Self-discipline, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and advanced IT skills.
