Role Overview:

  • Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions, converting leads into scheduled meetings for the sales team.
  • Prospect Engagement: Address follow-up questions from prospects, ensuring clarity and maintaining high engagement levels.
  • Feedback Sharing: Provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales team to enhance strategic approaches and optimize sales techniques.
  • Sales Funnel Optimisation: Continuously improve the sales conversion funnel to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline meticulously and utilize CRM tools to streamline sales activities and maximize productivity.
  • Customer-Centric Sales Experience: Deliver a comprehensive, customer-first sales experience from initial contact through to close.

  • Prospecting Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, telesales, and lead generation.

  • Empathy and Adaptability: Ability to empathize with prospects and tailor communication to meet their specific needs.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in German and business-level proficiency in English are required.
