Futures are excited to be working with a market-leading, global FMCG business with a portfolio of fun and innovative brands This business has achieved impressive growth over recent years due to successful NPD projects and acquisitions. Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be tasked with managing a team of 3 at Key Account Manager, Junior Key Account Manager and Sales Coordinator levels As well as being hands on with managing a multi-million £ customer base across Discounter and Wholesale.

Manage, network and develop relationships across Discounter and Wholesale customers
Lead all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management
Collaborate with Senior Commercial team and Buyers to identify and grow opportunities within brands and categories
Understand commercial impact – Pricing, promotions, and Investment etc
Negotiate trading terms, pricing, range reset opportunities, JBP’s and cost increase where relevant

A minimum of 5 years’ experience within National Accounts within FMCG, ideally non-food FMCG
People management experience
