This established independent contract catering company are looking to recruit a Senior Operations Director. A newly created position, the emphasis will be on client retention and supporting continued growth within the food service sector.
As Senior Operations Director, you will work closely with the Managing Director. You will take responsibility for a number of key accounts within state education, independent schools and a small proportion of B&I. A company with an excellent reputation in the marketplace, they are known for personal service, fresh food and a hugely passionate team.
It is essential that the Senior Operations Director joining this team must be:
* Experienced at Operations Director level within independent education contract catering
* A strategist with experience in stepping back from the day to day to focus on special projects and continuous improvement
* Driven by client relationships, quality service and fresh food
* Strong financially with commercial acumen
* Non-corporate in their style with creative flair and eye for detail
This company operate predominantly within the education (independent and state) sector and work with clients, providing an outstanding catering offer. They have many long-standing clients, which are maintained through dedicated relationship management. Excellence of client retention and long service will present additional, admired stand-out qualities for this role.
