Due to our continued growth we currently have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our office-based team in Iver. The role is within our Power division working on our SSEN New Connections framework. The purpose of this role is to work alongside our Civils, Reinstatement and Street Works teams providing general office duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the production of job packs
- Stationary/office supply ordering
- Processing waste return/order receipts
- Uploading Aslaid drawings to the works management system
- Data processing and entry
- Photocopying, printing, scanning and filing of various documentation.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in an office admin role
- Experience dealing with general public, customers and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, organisation skills and able to work to deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise own workload and manage expectations.
- Attention to detail.

**Desirable**
- Experience working within the utilities industry.
- Street Works experience
