**Part Time - 12 hours a week over 3 days**

**9am to 1pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday**

**The role will be mostly home based but you will be required to travel to the office to attend meetings and perform some admin duties.**

**No weekends**

We have a great opportunity for a friendly and reliable Part Time Administrative Assistant to join the Empire Communications team.

You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support for the operations manager and director as well as other office duties, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.

**In your role you will be responsible for**:

- Managing timesheets for our subcontractors, including holiday requests
- Collecting invoices and passing them on to our accountant
- Managing subcontractor qualifications
- Ordering supplies/equipment
- Booking MOT's/Van services/Van Tax
- Other general admin duties

**Who we are looking for to join our team**:

- You will have strong organizational skills with the confidence to effectively plan and prioritize your workload
- You will be confident working on your own initiative
- You will have a friendly and approachable manner with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- You will have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- You will understand the importance of working well as part of a team and be able to positively contribute towards the team environment
- You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word/Excel or Google Sheets/Docs
- You will also need a PC or laptop that you're able to work from along with a reliable internet connection

No experience is necessary so even if you don't have experience in a similar role, as long as you're willing to learn, we can teach you.

As this is a new role, there is potential for more hours as the business grows.
