I am currently working exclusively with a growing Salesforce partner who is the go-to partner in their respected field, they are now looking to bolster their team by bringing in a Salesforce Practice Lead to take ownership of a team of 10 consultants.

The Salesforce Practice Lead will oversee the development and delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring their clients' highest level of service and satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Salesforce practice, including team members, project timelines, and client engagements.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Salesforce practice and expand our client base.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects by providing technical guidance and support to the team.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and effective.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the Salesforce practice team.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and risks associated with Salesforce projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a diverse team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
