This is a newly created permanent role due to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary Management: Organise and manage the schedules of 3 Heads plus wider team, ensuring efficient time allocation and handling any scheduling conflicts.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, booking meeting rooms, and managing follow-up communications.
Travel Booking: Handle comprehensive travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and organising travel itineraries.
Reception Cover: Provide cover for the reception area as needed, ensuring smooth operations and professional front-desk service as of when needed.
Team Events and Socials: Assist in planning and executing team events and social activities to foster team cohesion and morale.
Ad Hoc Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the team and contribute to the firm’s overall efficiency.

Requirements:
Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a high level of initiative, anticipating needs and solving problems independently.
Strong Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with team members and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Show flexibility and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks, maintaining a 'muck-in' attitude.
Team Player: Work well within a team environment, contributing positively to the firm’s culture and objectives.
Administrative Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or team assistant role is highly desirable, particularly in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
This role will be 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. The hours for this role will be 8.30am - 6pm with a package of up to £50-58,000 plus great benefits.
