About the job 🌳 Area Sales Manager 📍 Midlands Territory 💰 £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus (OTE £70k+) 🏡 Field Based Sales Join the sales team of a very well established and national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction and civils industry. Our client has a great reputation in the construction / civils industry and is seeking a confident and dynamic area sales manager with a hunger and talent for winning new business and developing existing accounts. This is a brilliant opportunity for an area sales manager with a construction / technical background. 💸 What You’ll Get £40,000 – £50,000 basic (dependant on experience) Very realistic monthly commission of £1500+ / month. Fully expensed company car Pension scheme 10%+ Career progression & professional development Supportive team culture & great work-life balance 🧭 Role & Responsibilities Covering the Midlands territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director. Responsible for generating and increasing business opportunities. Develop sales tactics and negotiate contracts in line with annual sales plans. Promote pre-engineered solutions through depots to increase revenue. Produce bespoke solutions working with the engineering team. End-to-end management of all customer accounts within portfolio. 📋 Skills & Experience Required 3 years’ experience in a field-based sales role. Strong understanding of construction, civil engineering or hire industry. Proven ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop. Full product training will be given as well as continuous support
