You will be an inspiring individual with a track record of successful strategic leadership, operational management and service transformation. As a new role at a progressive, values-driven institute, we’re looking for someone with proven operational experience to support the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer with the development and implementation of an Annual Operating Plan. The successful candidate will also work with Heads of Divisions and Departments to develop and ensure the effective delivery of all student-facing professional services across the Institute, assuming responsibility for business process re-engineering and transformation.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, the Deputy COO is responsible for professional service leadership.
