Deputy Chief Executive Officer

A prestigious banking client of Market Talent Ltd is seeking a Deputy CEO to drive the success of the London branch. As a key contact with the HNW Middle Eastern/GCC client base, you will manage account opening, enhanced due diligence, and KYC reviews, customer services, and credit department, deputising for the Bank's UK Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance relationships with existing and potential new customers.
  • Oversee the efficient and compliant running of all departments of the Bank.
  • Supervise customer services team and credit department.
  • Ensure account opening, KYC, and due diligence are updated.
  • Oversee and monitor the credit area, evaluating the level of risk involved in extending credit to customers and providing advice on operational feasibility.
  • Monitor the overall profitable use of financial resources.
  • Ensure business is conducted in accordance with the Bank's procedures and standing instructions.
  • Review operating procedures and recommend revisions as necessary.
  • Participate in the Management Committee, monitoring activities, liquidity, interest rates, and foreign exchange business.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA, Bank of England, and Head Office requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong relationships with HNW Middle Eastern/GCC clients.
  • Experience in banking operations, customer services, and credit management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
