Job Title: Showroom Sales Assistant

Location: London Pimlico

Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)

Reporting to Showroom Director and Manager

Company Introduction:

Exciting opportunity to join a creative studio that designs and curates, Antique, Vintage and contemporary rugs, showcasing some of the finest rugs in the world. With locations in West Hollywood, New York and their new London Pimlico showroom, it is a great time to join a fast growing and dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making sure that all visitors are extended the highest levels of client service and are welcome at all times.
  • Offering expert advice on products
  • Raising quotations, producing invoices and planning follow-ups using their CRM and ordering systems.
  • Managing sample process
  • Outreach to trade clients, encouraging showroom visits
  • Contribute to the showrooms sales targets.
  • Nurturing relationships and account management of key & new clients
  • Keeping their CRM systems up to date
  • Making sure the showroom is kept in immaculate condition.
  • Assisting with trade shows and showroom events
  • Making sure the showroom is kept in immaculate condition.

Skills / Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in luxury sales
  • Experience working with both trade and retail
  • CRM system experience
  • Knowledge of how to develop custom orders with clients
  • Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of industry trends
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi - task
  • Impeccable communication and networking skill
  • B.A. / B.S. Degree preferably in Interior Design or a related field
