Reporting to Showroom Director and Manager

With locations in West Hollywood, New York and their new London Pimlico showroom, it is a great time to join a fast growing and dynamic company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Making sure that all visitors are extended the highest levels of client service and are welcome at all times.
  • Offering expert advice on products
  • Raising quotations, producing invoices and planning follow-ups using their CRM and ordering systems.
  • Managing sample process
  • Outreach to trade clients, encouraging showroom visits
  • Contribute to the showrooms sales targets.
  • Nurturing relationships and account management of key & new clients
  • Keeping their CRM systems up to date
  • Making sure the showroom is kept in immaculate condition.
  • Assisting with trade shows and showroom events
  • Making sure the showroom is kept in immaculate condition.


Skills / Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in luxury sales
  • Experience working with both trade and retail
  • CRM system experience
  • Knowledge of how to develop custom orders with clients
  • Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of industry trends
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi - task
  • Impeccable communication and networking skill
  • B.A. / B.S. Degree preferably in Interior Design or a related field
