The Finance department is responsible for providing financial information to the company. As Financial Controller, reporting to the Finance Director, the role will require leadership and development of a small finance team to produce effective and timely management information to support strategic decision making. Production of financial and management board packs. Speed is in our name, efficiency and quality is in our service.

Control of treasury and purchase ledger overhead functions
• Performance management and identifying individual training requirements and implementation and delivery of training plans
• Ensure team targets, service levels and key performance indicators are met, on a daily basis
• Production of month end financial and management accounts for the business
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Control and maintain fixed asset register
• Overseeing any Finance Department projects and process improvements
• Liaise closely with Data Analyst for the production of accounting information
• Finance Lead in year end audit, accounts preparation and corporation tax packs
• Ad Hoc duties as required

Fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with comprehensive financial and management accounting experience (Essential)
Excellent advanced excel skills (Essential)
Effective communication skills (telephone and written)
Salary upto £65,000 per annum depending on experience
~5 Hours Mon-Fri
~ Hybrid working, 3 days at home, after successful completion of the probation period
~5% Pension scheme
~25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
~ Health care scheme after a qualifying period
~ On-site parking
