Impact are currently recruiting for an exciting role based in Northampton, working as a Production Manager for a national supplier specialising in contract interiors, signage, and display solutions. With a primary focus on national house builders, our client have established a strong reputation over the years for quality design, manufacturing, and installation services.
As a Production Manager you will uphold company standards of excellence in workmanship. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, production teams, the creative team, and onsite installation teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical proficiency in joinery, and effective team management.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
Holidays: 22 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
Salary: £40,000 to £43,000, plus an annual bonus scheme.
Project Management
Daily Operations including daily production meetings and detailed scheduling
Quality Control of all products
Stock Management of materials
Proven experience in joinery
Team management is essential
Time Management
Ensure the workshop remains clean, safe, and tidy
