This role is perfect for an experienced Cradle to Grave Commercial Manager looking to elevate their career by managing complex and innovative Data Centre projects in mainland Europe.
With a healthy pipeline of work and an ever-growing demand for expertise, this position offers the chance to be part of a high-performing commercial team and work on some of the most cutting-edge construction projects in London and beyond.
The successful candidate will be ideally based in mainland Europe or open to travelling.
Commercial Manager Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and review the commercial performance of projects from inception to completion.
Drive projects to deliver the best value solutions, on time and within budget.
Manage the commercial control of your allocated division.
Support and develop your commercial team, fostering continuous improvement and technical growth.
Ensure projects are closed out to the company’s best commercial advantage.
Commercial Manager Requirements:
~ Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or a related field.
~ Ideally, MEP/CSA Package experience working with a Main Contractor or recognisable specialist engineering contractor
~8+ years of experience in a Commercial Manager role, ideally on large, fast-paced projects.
~ Mission-critical project experience is desirable but not essential.
~ Proven experience in leading and managing commercial teams.
